• Strengthen theatre in the public schools by continuing to work with the State Department of Education and the Arts Commission
• Develop South Carolina connections with the national theatre
• Increase support for community theatre
• Develop strong touring companies in South Carolina
• Strengthen secondary school theatre programs
• Support individual artists
